Stuart Fails to Save the Universe is the latest spin-off to much-loved sitcom The Big Bang Theory.

Four popular supporting characters from the original show take centre stage in this wacky new adventure.

Comic book store owner Stuart Bloom (Kevin Sussman) finds himself as the only one able to prevent a multiversal Armageddon.

Joining him are assistant manager/love interest Denise (Lauren Lapkus), geologist Bert Kibbler (Brian Posehn) and physicist Barry Kripke (John Ross Bowie).

Let’s take a look at everyone from The Big Bang Theory who has popped up so far.

Stuart first appeared in season two of The Big Bang Theory

He remained a recurring character for several seasons, before becoming a series regular from season six.

Early on, Stuart notably went on dates with both Penny (Kaley Cuoco) and Amy (Mayim Bialik).

Now in Stuart Fails, the geeky comic book store owner is tasked with averting a “multiversal Armageddon”.

Although perhaps the worst candidate for this insurmountable task, will Stuart be up to the challenge?

Interestingly, Sussman was first considered for the roles of Leonard Hofstadter and Howard Wolowitz.

Rounding out the Stuart Fails regulars is Sheldon’s one-time rival Barry Kripke.

Meanwhile, we’ll-meaning, dim-witted Zack recurred in several seasons of The Big Bang Theory.

Introduced in season three, he was an on-off boyfriend to Penny in the original show.

On Stuart Fails to Save the Universe, alternate Zack works alongside alternate Penny in the Resistance.
